Minimize the Injuries Common in Your Favorite Sport
“When I was 20, this didn’t happen…” How many times have you heard or thought that? In this workshop, learn a set of simple but fundamental physical conditioning tools that will enable you to better enjoy your favorite sport.
This is for: people who are passionate about soccer who have not adequately trained their body beyond playing games and experience a range of limitations as a result – for example, pain in the hip flexors, knees and waist, shortness of breath, etc. We will cover essential strength, core and stretching exercises aimed at common soccer injuries that you can easily do at home.
